Delete PDF pages: remove the pages you do not need

Delete PDF pages removes the pages you list and gives you a new PDF with everything else. It runs in your browser, so the file is not uploaded. This guide explains the options and the seller jobs it suits.

Pick the pages you do not need and they are removed.

Many PDFs carry pages nobody wants to print: a blank sheet at the end, a terms page, a cover, a label for an order that was cancelled. Removing them first saves paper and label stock, and keeps the wrong page off the packing table. The tool is free and needs no sign-in.

What Delete PDF pages does

You type the page numbers to remove and the tool builds a PDF without them. The pages that stay keep their order and content.

  • Pages to delete: single pages and ranges, separated by commas, for example 2, 5-7.
  • Several files at once: the same pages are removed from every file you add.
  • Combine results into one PDF: the cleaned files are joined into a single file.
  • Pages are removed in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.

How to use it

Open the PDF in any viewer first and note the numbers of the pages you want gone.

  • Open Delete PDF pages and choose your file, or drop it on the page.
  • In Pages to delete, type the pages, for example 2, 5-7.
  • Tick Combine results into one PDF if you added several files and want one output.
  • Press Delete pages.
  • Download the PDF without those pages.

How it helps sellers

An order gets cancelled after you downloaded the labels. If that label stays in the file, it gets printed, and a printed label tends to end up on a parcel. Delete that page before printing and the mistake cannot happen at the packing table.

Paperwork has the same problem in a different form. Statements and reports often end with blank or notice pages. A scanned set for your CA may include a page scanned twice. Clean the file once, and everyone who opens it later sees only what matters.

  • Cancelled orders: remove their label pages before the file goes to the printer.
  • Blank pages: drop empty pages so the 4x6 thermal printer does not feed blank labels.
  • Invoices: remove terms or notice pages when you only need the invoice itself on paper.
  • Documents for a marketplace or a CA: take out repeated scans and cover pages before you send the file.

Tips for a clean result

Deleting is quick, so the care goes into choosing the right page numbers.

  • When you add several files, make sure they share the same layout, because the same page numbers are removed from each.
  • If you want to keep only a few pages from a long file, Extract PDF pages is the shorter route.
  • Keep the original file until you have checked the new one.
  • Open the result and count the pages before you print a large batch.

Common questions

Can I delete several pages at once?

Yes. List pages and ranges separated by commas, for example 2, 5-7.

Are my files uploaded?

No. Pages are removed in your browser and the file stays on your device.

Can I clean more than one PDF in a single run?

Yes. Add several files and the same pages are removed from every one. You can also combine the results into one PDF.
