Both start from the label PDF you download from your Flipkart seller panel. This guide explains what each mode gives you and lists every setting in the full tool.
What Flipkart label crop does
Quick crop is for visitors. The labels are cropped in your browser with the default Flipkart layout, and the file is not uploaded. You can keep one cropped PDF per file or merge them into one.
The full tool has the largest sorting group of all the marketplace tools. Labels are always arranged by SKU and quantity, and you add these on top.
- Sort Courier wise groups labels by courier partner. Sort Sold By groups them by seller name.
- Sort Plastic and NPP places the no plastic packaging orders at the bottom.
- Large parcel at bottom moves large parcel orders to the end. Multi order at bottom does the same for orders with more than one item.
- Separate Review Orders using list puts the order IDs you paste into a separate file.
- Keep Invoice adds the invoice after each label. Merge Files and the picklist page are in the Output and printing group.

How it helps Flipkart sellers
Flipkart orders differ in ways that change how you pack them. No plastic packaging orders need different packing material, and large parcels need more table space. When these are moved to the bottom of the file, you finish the regular parcels first and change material once.
The summary page counts orders by SKU and quantity, and also by courier and by seller name. A summary Excel file is offered next to the processed PDF.
- Courier pickups: each courier partner gets its own stack of parcels.
- Several seller accounts packed at one table: Sort Sold By keeps each account together.
- Packing material: NPP orders come together at the bottom.
- Orders to hold back: the review list keeps them in a separate file, and the summary shows IDs that were not found.
Tips for a clean result
The sorting options stack on each other, so turn on only the ones you use at the packing table.
- Quick crop uses the default layout and no settings. If you need sorting or invoices, use the full tool.
- Turn on Keep Invoice only if you print invoices. It doubles the pages in the file.
- The Flipkart tool has no date and time stamp setting, so name your files by batch if you print many times a day.
Common questions
Can I crop Flipkart labels without signing in?
Yes. Quick crop runs in your browser without an account and the file is not uploaded. A free account adds sorting, invoice options and the picklist page. Free accounts have a monthly allowance, and Premium removes the limits and ads.
What does Sort Plastic and NPP do?
It separates orders marked no plastic packaging and places them at the bottom of the file, so you can pack them together.
Can I print the Flipkart invoice with the label?
Yes. Turn on Keep Invoice in the full tool. The invoice is added after each label.
