Amazon label crop tool: settings and daily use for sellers

This guide covers the whole tool: the sorting options, the invoice setting, what can be printed on the label, and the output options, and where each one fits in a day of dispatch.

What Amazon label crop does

The tool crops each label, removes extra blank pages and writes the SKU and quantity on the label. Labels come out sorted by SKU and quantity. Every setting in the panel is listed here.

• Sort labels: Multi order at bottom places orders with more than one item after the single item orders.
• Separate Review Orders using list: paste order IDs, one per line, and those labels are kept out of the main file.
• Invoice: Keep Invoice keeps the invoice next to the label. Leave it off and the invoice is removed.
• On the label: Add listing name in label prints the listing name with the SKU. Print Date time on label stamps when the label was cropped.
• Output and printing: Merge Files combines several uploads into one PDF. The picklist page adds a summary of the orders.

How to use it

Amazon labels come in a thermal format and an A4 format. The tool handles both, but crop them separately, not mixed in one run.

• Download the label PDF from your Amazon seller panel.
• Open Amazon label crop and add the PDF, or several PDFs of the same format.
• Choose whether to keep the invoice and whether to add the listing name and the date and time.
• If some orders need a second look, turn on Separate Review Orders using list and paste their order IDs.
• Press the crop button and sign in with Google if asked.
• Download the file from the Processed files list and print.

How it helps Amazon sellers

An Amazon shipping label does not tell the packer much about the product. With the SKU and quantity written on every label, the person packing can see what goes in the parcel without opening the order on screen. If your staff know products by name and not by code, Add listing name in label helps them further.

The review list is useful when a few orders should not go out with the rest. Their labels are separated, and the summary tells you which pasted IDs were not found in the file.

• Packing by SKU: same product labels come together, so you pick stock once per SKU.
• Multi item parcels: keep them at the bottom and pack them last with more care.
• Invoice in the parcel: Keep Invoice prints it beside the label.
• Batch tracking: the date and time stamp shows which labels came from which crop run.

Tips for a clean result

Most problems with Amazon labels come from mixing files, so keep each run simple.

• Do not mix thermal and A4 label PDFs in the same run.
• Use Merge Files only for PDFs of the same label format.
• Set the picklist number lower if your files are small. The page is added only when the file has at least that many orders.
• Upload the PDF as downloaded, not a scanned copy.
