The settings sit in four groups: Sort labels, Invoice, On the label, and Output and printing. You can add files and try them before you sign in, and your choices are saved for your next visit.
What Meesho label crop does
The tool crops each label, removes the extra pages and arranges the labels by SKU and quantity. The settings decide the rest.
- Sort labels: Sort Courier wise groups labels by courier partner, and Treat valmoexpress same as valmo keeps both in one group. Sort by Sold By groups by seller name.
- Multi order at bottom moves orders with more than one item to the end. Separate Review Orders using list keeps the order IDs you paste in their own file.
- Invoice: Keep Invoice keeps the invoice with each label. Keep Invoice (No Crop) leaves the full page as it is. Keep Invoice (Remove White space) trims it to fit a 4x4 label.
- On the label: Print Date time on label, and Add Store Link QR, which prints a QR code for your own store link.
- Output and printing: Merge Files, Print on A4 (4 labels on a page, or 2 with invoice) and the picklist page.
How to use it
A normal day is upload, crop, print.
- Download the label PDF from your Meesho seller panel.
- Open Meesho label crop and add the file. You can add several files at once.
- Pick your sorting, invoice and printing settings.
- Press the crop button. Sign in with Google in one click if asked. Your files and settings stay in place.
- Open the cropped file from the Processed files list and print it.
How it helps Meesho sellers
Dispatch is slow when labels come in booking order. With labels sorted by SKU and quantity, you pack all parcels of one product together. With Sort Courier wise on, each courier pickup gets its own stack.
Store Link QR is for sellers who also have their own store. You save the store name, GST number, store link and a short message. When the GST number on a label matches an active store link, the QR and message are printed on that label. You can design the QR sticker and track how often it is opened.
- More than one seller name or GST number: Sort by Sold By keeps each one together.
- GST paperwork: keep the invoice with the label when you need a printed copy.
- Packing by SKU: the picklist page totals the orders by SKU and quantity.
Tips for a clean result
Some Meesho settings depend on each other, so check these before a big batch.
- Add Store Link QR works with Keep Invoice (No Crop), or with Print on A4 when Keep Invoice and Remove White space are off.
- Add and activate at least one store link before you process.
- The picklist page is added only when a file has at least the number of orders you set. The default is 15.
Common questions
Do I need an account to use Meesho label crop?
Not to add files or choose settings. Sign-in with Google is asked when you press the crop button. Free accounts have a monthly allowance. Premium removes the limits and the ads.
Can I print Meesho labels on a normal A4 printer?
Yes. Turn on Print on A4. You get 4 labels on one page, or 2 labels with invoice when Keep Invoice is selected.
Why is the Store Link QR missing from my labels?
Check that you use Keep Invoice (No Crop) or Print on A4, and that the GST number of an active store link matches the one on the label.
