PDF to PowerPoint: Turn PDF Pages into Slides

PDF to PowerPoint turns PDF pages into presentation slides. Each page becomes one slide.

PDF PPTX
PDF in, PPTX out.

A PDF is a finished document. A presentation is something you arrange, present and change for each audience. If your catalogue, brochure or report exists only as a PDF, this tool puts its pages into a presentation file so you can work with them in PowerPoint. Here is how it works and where it helps.

Try it with your own fileFree to use. No sign-in needed.

What PDF to PowerPoint does

You add one or more PDFs and get a presentation for each. The slides follow the page order of the PDF. One option joins all the results into a single presentation.

This tool runs on our servers. The file is uploaded, converted, and deleted after 30 minutes.

  • Accepts PDF files, one or many at a time.
  • Each PDF page becomes one slide.
  • Option: Combine results into one presentation. It is off unless you tick it.
  • Free, with no sign-in.

How to use it

If you need only a few pages from a long PDF, pull them out with Extract PDF pages first. The presentation will be shorter and easier to handle.

  • Open PDF to PowerPoint and choose your PDFs, or drop them on the page.
  • Tick Combine results into one presentation if you want a single file.
  • Press Convert to PowerPoint. The files are converted on our servers.
  • Download the presentations.
  • Open the file in PowerPoint, then reorder, remove or add slides as you need.

How it helps sellers

Meetings with buyers go better with slides. When you pitch to a retailer, a distributor or a corporate gifting client, you want to show your best products first and skip what is not relevant to them. With the catalogue pages as slides, you can arrange a different deck for each meeting.

It is also a quick way to bring material from several sources together. A supplier brochure, your own price sheet and a page of customer policies can be converted together and combined into one presentation.

  • Build a buyer pitch from an existing catalogue PDF.
  • Pick pages from a supplier brochure and present them to your own customers.
  • Add an opening slide and a contact slide around converted pages before a trade fair.
  • Turn a monthly sales report PDF into slides for a review with your team or partners.

Tips for a clean result

PDF pages and slides have different shapes, so look at each slide once before you present.

  • Landscape PDF pages usually sit better on a slide than tall portrait pages.
  • Convert only the pages you need, so the deck stays short.
  • Go through every slide in PowerPoint and fix anything that moved.
  • When the deck is final, use PowerPoint to PDF to make a copy for sharing.
