This guide explains what the tool does with your file, the steps from upload to print, and where it fits when you prepare an FBA shipment.
What Amazon FBA box label crop does
The tool takes the box label PDF of your FBA shipment and splits every page into two parts, the upper part and the lower part. Each part is turned to fit and placed on its own page, so the label and the information part come out separately in 4x6 size.
The crop runs on the server. Your file is uploaded and processed, and the result is listed under Processed files for 30 minutes.
- Two 4x6 pages from every page of the box label PDF.
- Label and information parts separated, with nothing to cut by hand.
- Multi-box shipments: a PDF with many pages is handled in one go.
- No settings panel in the tool, so there is nothing to configure.
How to use it
You can add your file before signing in. Sign-in with Google, one click, is asked when you press the crop button.
- Download the box label PDF for your shipment from your Amazon seller account.
- Open the Amazon FBA box label crop page and drop the PDF into the upload area.
- Wait for the upload to complete.
- Press Proceed. If you are not signed in yet, sign in with Google when asked.
- Wait for processing to finish. The cropped file appears under Processed files.
- Download the PDF and print it on 4x6 labels.
How it helps FBA sellers
Sending stock to a fulfilment centre means a label on every carton. If your only label printer is a 4x6 thermal printer, a full-page PDF does not fit it. You either print on plain paper and cut and tape each label, or crop the PDF page by page in an editor. This tool does that cropping for the whole file.
It also keeps FBA work on the printer you already use for daily orders. Customer order labels go through the Amazon label crop, carton labels go through this page, and both print on the same roll.
- Inbound shipment day: crop the labels for all cartons in one upload and stick them as you seal each box.
- 4x6 thermal printing: no A4 sheets, scissors or tape for carton labels.
- Carton sequence: pages stay in the order of the original PDF, so labels follow your box numbers.
- Small teams: the person packing can do it without PDF editing skills, because there are no options to choose.
Tips for a clean result
The crop uses fixed positions on the page, so the result depends on the PDF having the same layout it had when you downloaded it.
- Upload the original PDF as downloaded. Do not scan, resize or re-save it through another program first.
- Download the cropped file soon after processing, while it is still in the Processed files list.
- Print one page first and check that the barcode is complete and scans.
- Set the printer to 4x6 and actual size, so the label is not shrunk or stretched.
Common questions
Do I need an account to crop Amazon FBA box labels?
You can add the file without one. A free Google sign-in is asked when you press the crop button. Free accounts have a monthly allowance, and Premium removes the limit and the ads.
How many pages will I get?
Two cropped pages for every page in the PDF you upload.
Can I make FNSKU product stickers here too?
Yes, with a separate tool. The Amazon FBA sticker tool makes barcode stickers in 50x25 mm, or 44 on an A4 sheet.
