You can print one sticker at 50x25 mm on a label printer, or fill an A4 sheet with 44 stickers. For a full shipment there is a bulk option that reads a CSV file. This guide covers all three.
What the Amazon FBA sticker tool does
The form has four fields: CODE, EMAIL, PRODUCT NAME and M.R.P. The code is printed as a Code 128 barcode, the email goes under the code, and the product name and MRP are printed on the same sticker.
One switch decides the print size. Leave it off for a 50x25 mm sticker. Turn on Print in A4 to get 44 labels on a page.
- FNSKU printed as a Code 128 barcode.
- Product name and MRP on the sticker.
- 50x25 mm for thermal label printers, or 44 stickers on an A4 sheet.
- Bulk label generator: upload a CSV and get all barcode labels in one PDF.
- A sample output beside the form shows what the sticker looks like.
How to use it
You can type the details before signing in. They stay filled in while you sign in with Google.
- Open the Amazon FBA sticker page and type the FNSKU in the CODE field.
- Fill in your email, the product name and the MRP.
- Turn on Print in A4 if you use A4 sticker sheets. Leave it off for a 50x25 mm label printer.
- Press Generate and sign in if asked. The PDF opens in a new tab.
- For many products, press Download template, fill the CSV, choose Print in A4 if needed and press Upload CSV.
- Print the PDF and stick the labels on your units.
How it helps Amazon FBA sellers
Units sent to FBA carry a barcode sticker. Making these in a design program means setting up a page, generating a barcode and lining up text for each product. Here the layout is already fixed, so the only work is typing.
The bulk option matters when a shipment has many SKUs. The CSV template has a quantity column next to the code, name and MRP, so one file can describe the whole shipment and you print from one PDF.
- Shipment prep: stickers for every SKU in the shipment from one CSV.
- Label printer on the desk: the 50x25 mm size suits a thermal label roll.
- No label printer: print 44 stickers per A4 sheet on a normal printer with sticker paper.
- Repeat products: keep your filled CSV and upload it again, changing only the quantities.
- Box labels for the same shipment: crop them with the Amazon FBA box label crop.
Tips for a clean result
The sticker prints what you type, so most problems start in the input.
- Copy the FNSKU from your Amazon account instead of typing it by hand, and read it again on the PDF.
- Keep the column names in the CSV template as they are.
- Print at actual size. Scaling to fit the page changes the sticker size.
- Scan one printed sticker before you print the full batch.
Common questions
Do I need an account?
You can fill in the sticker details without one. A free Google sign-in is needed to generate and download the PDF. Generated files are kept for 30 minutes.
Which sticker sizes can I print?
Two: a single 50x25 mm sticker, or 44 stickers on an A4 page when Print in A4 is on.
What goes in the bulk CSV?
The template has five columns: code, email, product_name, mrp and qty. Fill one row per product and upload the file.
Can I design a different sticker layout?
Not in this tool, because the layout is fixed. Use the Label sticker generator to design your own label in any size.
