The tool covers all four setting groups: sorting, invoice, what is printed on the label, and output. None of the groups is long. Here is what each setting does, followed by the way a seller would use them through a dispatch day.
What Citymall label crop does
After upload, the tool crops the labels, removes the extra pages, adds the SKU and quantity to the label and sorts by SKU and quantity. You control the rest with these settings.
- Sort Courier wise: groups the labels by courier partner.
- Multi order at bottom: keeps orders with more than one item for the end of the file.
- Separate Review Orders using list: a box opens where you paste order IDs, each on a new line. Those labels are separated from the main file.
- Keep Invoice: keeps the invoice with the label. Leave it off to print labels only.
- Print Date time on label, Merge Files and the picklist page complete the panel.
How to use it
A first run takes a little longer because you choose settings. Later runs reuse them.
- Download the label PDF from your Citymall seller panel.
- Open Citymall label crop and add the file or files.
- Choose your sorting and decide whether to keep the invoice.
- Add order IDs to the review list if needed.
- Press the crop button. Sign in with Google in one click if asked.
- Print the cropped file from the Processed files list.
How it helps Citymall sellers
The order of labels decides the order of work. With courier sorting on, you pack for the earliest pickup first. Within that group the same SKU comes together, and the quantity is printed on the label, so a two piece order is not packed as one piece.
Keep Invoice is a choice you can change by batch. Turn it on when the invoice should travel with the parcel or when you file printed copies for GST records. Turn it off on days when you only need labels, and save label roll.
- Pickup planning: labels grouped by courier partner.
- Stock picking: the summary page lists the orders by SKU and quantity.
- GST paperwork: invoices printed with the labels when you need them.
- Doubtful orders: separate them with the review list before they are packed.
Tips for a clean result
Small checks before you print avoid reprints.
- Copy order IDs for the review list exactly, one on each line.
- If the summary page is missing, the file has fewer orders than the picklist number. The default is 15.
- Merge the day's PDFs before sorting by courier, so each courier has one group and not one per file.
- Upload the PDF as downloaded, not a scan.
