The JioMart tool has no invoice settings, because invoices are taken out automatically. What you control is the sorting, a date and time stamp, merging, and the picklist page. This guide explains each one and where it fits in a dispatch day.
What JioMart label crop does
A JioMart label PDF carries more pages than you need to print. The tool keeps the labels, drops the extra pages and invoices, adds the SKU and quantity to the label, and sorts by SKU and quantity. These settings change the result.
- Multi order at bottom: orders with more than one item are placed after the single item orders.
- Separate Review Orders using list: paste order IDs, each on a new line, and those labels are taken out of the main file.
- Print Date time on label: prints the date and time when the label was cropped.
- Merge Files: several uploaded PDFs become one output PDF.
- Picklist page: a summary of the orders, added when the file has at least the number of orders you set.
How to use it
There is no printer or invoice choice to make, so setup takes a minute.
- Download the label PDF from your JioMart seller panel.
- Open JioMart label crop and add the file.
- Tick Multi order at bottom and Print Date time on label if you use them.
- Paste order IDs in the review list if some orders must stay out of this batch.
- Press the crop button, sign in with Google if asked, and print the file from the Processed files list.

Printing a marketplace PDF as it is wastes label roll on pages that are not labels. Because the tool removes invoices and extra pages, every page that reaches a 4x6 thermal printer is a label you will stick on a parcel.

- Lower the picklist number for small files, or the summary page will be skipped.
