Myntra label crop tool: what it offers and how to use it

The Myntra tool is simple on purpose. It has five settings, one or two in each group, so there is little to set up. This guide explains each of them and how a Myntra seller can use the tool during daily dispatch.

What Myntra label crop does

The tool crops every label in the PDF, removes extra blank pages, adds the SKU and quantity to the label and sorts the labels by SKU and quantity. These are the settings you can change.

• Sort labels: Multi order at bottom places orders with more than one item at the end of the file.
• Invoice: Keep Invoice keeps the invoice with the label. With it off, you get labels only.
• On the label: Print Date time on label prints the date and time when the label was cropped on PDFCroppers.
• Output and printing: Merge Files joins several uploaded PDFs into one output file.
• Picklist page: adds an order summary when the file has at least the number of orders you enter. The default is 15.

How to use it

You can try the tool before you create an account. Files and settings you add as a visitor are kept while you sign in.

• Download the label PDF from your Myntra seller panel.
• Open Myntra label crop and drop the PDF in. Add more files if you have them.
• Tick the settings you want. They are saved for your next visit.
• Press the crop button and sign in with Google in one click if asked.
• Open the cropped PDF from the Processed files list and send it to your printer.

How it helps Myntra sellers

When the same style sells in many sizes and colours, labels in download order make you walk to the same shelf again and again. Labels sorted by SKU and quantity put the same item together, so you pull the stock once and pack the whole group.

The summary page works as a picklist. It totals the orders in the file, so one person can collect stock from the shelves while another starts packing. Parcels with more than one item take longer to check, and Multi order at bottom keeps them for the end of the run.

• Packing by SKU: fewer trips to the shelf because the same SKU comes together.
• Invoice in the parcel: turn on Keep Invoice when you print invoices with labels.
• More than one print run a day: the date and time stamp tells the morning batch from the evening batch.
• Orders downloaded in parts: Merge Files sorts them as one batch.

Tips for a clean result

There is not much that can go wrong with five settings, but these habits help.

• Upload the PDF exactly as downloaded, not a scanned or edited copy.
• If the summary page is missing, check the picklist number. A file with fewer orders than that number gets no summary page.
• Processed files are listed for the last 30 minutes, so download the result before you close the page.
