Label Sticker Generator Guide: Design Barcode and QR Labels

The Label sticker generator on PDFCroppers is a label editor. You set the label size, place text, barcodes, QR codes and images on it, and download a print-ready PDF.

Design a sticker once, print as many as you need.

It is meant for labels that no marketplace gives you: MRP stickers, SKU tags, thank-you stickers with a QR code, shelf labels. Layouts are saved as templates, and bulk labels are filled from an Excel sheet.

Try it with your own fileFree to try. Sign in with Google when you download.

What Label sticker generator does

The editor has three tabs. Settings holds the canvas size in px, mm, cm or inch, plus size presets you can name and set as default. Elements adds text, barcode, QR code and image. Templates lists your saved layouts to load, edit or delete.

The toolbar above the canvas controls the selected element. Below the canvas you have undo, redo and zoom.

  • Barcode types: Code 128, Code 39, Codabar, UPC-A, UPC-E, EAN-13, EAN-8 and ITF-14.
  • QR code content: web link, email, mobile number, SMS, WhatsApp, plain text, contact card or Wi-Fi.
  • Text: font, size, bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, alignment and colour.
  • Arrange: bring to front, send to back and duplicate element.
  • Bulk Labels: one PDF with every label, filled from an Excel file.

How to use it

The editor opens after a free Google sign-in, because templates and presets are saved to your account.

  • Open the Settings tab, pick the unit, type the width and height and press Update Canvas.
  • In the Elements tab click Text, Barcode, QR Code or Image. For a barcode, type the data and choose the type.
  • Drag an element to move it and use the corners to resize it. Change font and colour in the toolbar.
  • Press Update Template to save the layout under a name.
  • Press Download to get the label as a PDF in the exact size.
  • For many labels press Bulk Labels, download the matching Excel file, fill it, upload it and press Generate Labels.

How it helps sellers

Most sellers need a few labels of their own besides shipping labels. A product sticker with SKU, size and MRP. A barcode tag for stock on the shelf. A small sticker inside the parcel with a QR code to your store or WhatsApp number. Each needs a different size, and that is what the free canvas size is for.

The bulk flow is where the time is saved. The Excel file is built from your design, with a Repeat Count column that sets how many copies each row prints. You can check the uploaded rows in the Data preview before generating.

  • Packing by SKU: print SKU and barcode tags for bins and polybags so pickers match items quickly.
  • MRP and product stickers: one template, many products, filled from your Excel sheet.
  • Repeat orders: a QR code sticker that opens your store link or starts a WhatsApp chat.

Tips for a clean result

Check these points before a large print run.

  • Set the canvas to the real size of your sticker, in mm, before adding elements.
  • Pick the barcode type that matches your code. EAN-13 and UPC types accept only digits in a fixed length.
  • Leave empty space around barcodes and QR codes, and scan a printed sample.
  • Save the template before opening Bulk Labels, so the Excel file matches your latest design.

Common questions

Do I need an account to use the label editor?

Yes, a free one. Sign in with Google and the editor opens. Your saved templates and presets stay with the account.

Which file does the bulk generator accept?

An Excel file, .xlsx or .xls. Download the file that matches your design from the Bulk Labels window and fill one row per label.

Can I make Amazon FBA stickers with it?

You can design any barcode label here. For the usual FBA sticker there is a ready form, the Amazon FBA sticker tool, which needs no design work.
