Shopdeck label crop tool: sorting, invoice and summary guide

You can group labels by seller name, include the invoice, and trim it for 4x4 labels. This guide goes through all four setting groups and how they help when you pack for more than one seller name.

What Shopdeck label crop does

The tool reads the orders in your PDF, crops the labels and sorts them by SKU and quantity. The settings are close to the Meesho tool, with different names in the Invoice group.

• Sort labels: Sort Courier wise groups by courier partner. Sort by Sold By groups by seller name. Multi order at bottom moves orders with more than one item to the end.
• Separate Review Orders using list: paste order IDs, one per line, and those labels are kept apart.
• Invoice: Include invoice keeps the invoice with the label. Under it, Trim whitespace for 4x4 removes the blank area so the page fits a 4x4 label.
• On the label: Print Date time on label.
• Output and printing: Merge Files and the picklist page.

How to use it

Decide how you hand parcels over, by courier or by store, and sort the same way.

• Download the label PDF from your Shopdeck seller panel.
• Add it to Shopdeck label crop, with any other PDFs for the day.
• Pick Sort Courier wise, Sort by Sold By, or both.
• Turn on Include invoice if you print invoices, and Trim whitespace for 4x4 if you use 4x4 labels.
• Press the crop button and sign in with Google if asked.
• Open the PDF from the Processed files list. The summary Excel link is next to it.

How it helps Shopdeck sellers

If you pack orders for two stores from one stock room, mixed labels are a risk. A parcel can go out with the wrong store's packaging or insert. Sort by Sold By keeps each seller name in its own group, so you finish one store and then switch.

The summary Excel is useful after dispatch as well. You can save it as the day's record of what was shipped, or share it with the person who keeps your stock and accounts.

Tips for a clean result

The invoice settings work as a pair, so set them together.

• Trim whitespace for 4x4 belongs to Include invoice. Turn on Include invoice first.
• Print one test page on your 4x4 roll before a large batch.
• The summary is made only when the file has at least the number of orders set in the picklist setting.
